Work the whole list. Hand reps the qualified leads.

DRING runs the outbound campaigns you plan: new lead qualification, reactivation of old leads, follow-up after a quote or an event. It calls inside your calling windows, retries by outcome and writes every result to your CRM.

Our own callback is an outbound qualification call: DRING calls you in two minutes, says who is calling and asks about the campaign you want to run.

DRING workflow demo

A "not now" that still ends well

Rachel asked for an office cleaning quote, then got caught up in a move. The agent learns the new office has two floors, sends no brochure and notes the January call she asked for.

Campaigns you run

Three lists, one agent

You choose the list, the questions and the hours. The agent makes the calls and brings back the answers.

Lead qualification

New or purchased leads, called in order. The agent asks your questions on need, timing and who decides. Qualified leads go to a rep; the rest are tagged with the reason.

Reactivation

Old leads, lapsed customers, quotes that went quiet. The agent asks what has changed since the last contact and books the people whose need is back.

Follow-up over a list

After a quote, a trade show or a webinar, every contact gets the follow-up call, not only the ones a rep had time for.

Speed to lead

New inbound leads, called while they still remember you

The same agent can call a new lead the moment your form lands, qualify the need and book the rep. It is the flow behind our own form: leave your number and DRING calls you in two minutes.

  1. Form arrives

Your form or CRM sends the new lead to DRING as it comes in.

  2. Called right away

The agent says who is calling and why, then asks your qualifying questions.

  3. Booked or routed

A fit gets a meeting or a live transfer. A not-yet is recorded with the reason.

The problem

What breaks today

Most outbound effort goes into finding out who is not ready yet.

Reps dial before they qualify

A rep's day goes on reaching people. Only a few of those calls turn out to be worth having.

One missed call, and the lead is dropped

Most contacts need more than one attempt. Planned retries are the first thing to slip when the team is busy.

Old leads sit untouched

Last year's leads and quotes that went quiet stay in the CRM, because new leads always come first.

What changes

Every lead is worked to an answer

DRING calls inside the hours your campaign allows. No answer, busy and "call me next week" each follow their own retry rule, so a lead is closed by an answer, not by one missed call.

When a lead qualifies, the agent books the rep's calendar or hands the call over live with the summary. A no or a not-yet goes back to the CRM with the reason, so the next campaign starts from what you learned.

Quote follow-upThird attempt
Hi Mark, this is the virtual assistant at Arden Logistics. You asked for a Hamburg quote in May. Is that shipment still planned?
It is. We used someone else for the first load, but it runs every two weeks from September.
Then shall I book fifteen minutes with Selin, your account manager, before September?
Thursday morning works.

What the agent does on a campaign

CRM write-back per call

Every outcome, qualified or not, lands in HubSpot, Salesforce or your CRM as the call ends, with the answers and the reason.

Booked or handed over

A qualified lead gets a meeting on the rep's Google Calendar, or a live transfer to the rep with the summary attached.

Retries by outcome

No answer, busy, voicemail and "call me later" each have their own rule, inside attempt caps and calling windows. Reach runs them.

SMS follow-up

Sends a link, a price list or a meeting confirmation to the contact's phone while the call is still live.

Two voices, compared

Each campaign gets its own voice and persona. Run two voices side by side and keep the one that qualifies more leads.

The contact's language

62 languages available, 10 live today; yours is validated before launch. One campaign can call each market in its own language.

How it works

A typical campaign

  1. List loaded

From your CRM or a file, with the qualifying questions and calling hours you approved.

  2. Called at the right time

Each contact is called inside the campaign's hours, around the times they tend to answer.

  3. Qualified in a few questions

Need, timing and fit, asked in your words and adapted to how the person answers.

  4. Booked or handed over

Qualified leads get a meeting on the rep's calendar or a live transfer.

  5. Retried or closed

Unanswered calls follow the retry rule. Every result, including no and not now, goes back to the CRM.

What retries add up to

Of every 100 people on a list, 30 to 50 answer the first call. Retries by outcome bring that to about 85. These are average figures; they vary by sector, country and list quality.

FAQ

Common questions

Does the agent follow a fixed script or adapt to the conversation?+

It follows your qualifying logic but adapts its phrasing to how the person responds, so it sounds like a conversation, not a script read aloud.

How often does it retry a contact?+

As often as your rules allow. Each result, such as no answer, busy or "call me later", has its own retry rule, and attempt caps per day and per week keep it within limits. Reach shows every rule.

What happens to contacts who are not interested?+

The outcome goes to the CRM as not qualified, with the reason. The contact is not called again unless you decide to.

Can it call across several countries in one campaign?+

Yes. Calling windows are held per country and the language is matched to the contact.

What happens when I ask for a call?+

DRING calls you in two minutes, says who is calling and asks about the campaign you want to run: the list, the goal and the hours. Our team reads the summary before anyone follows up.
