One monthly package, no surprises

You buy a monthly subscription with included conversation time, measured by the second. The models, the decisions the agent makes, after-call analysis, testing and updates are inside it, with no setup fee. Live in a week.

The ladder

What changes as the package grows

Voice AI, IVR Reach and Chat AI use the same five packages, and the table shows Voice AI. The agent is built the same way on each; volume, capacity and support grow as you move up.

This is the shape of the Voice AI ladder, not the contract. The exact amounts for your package are written into the proposal. Connect CRM is priced on its own, with a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee, and a custom integration is quoted before work starts. Extra call capacity or an extra agent type can be added to any package.

IVR Reach

Same five packages for static voice campaigns, with the DTMF service on the upper packages.

Chat AI

The same five packages, sized on written volume instead of calls.

Co-chat

The shared inbox comes in three packages, Starter, Business and Enterprise, widening on users, connected numbers, campaign tools and channels.

Standard

In every package, not an upgrade

The smallest package and the largest one run on the same foundation. Only scope separates them.

  • Selected speech, voice and reasoning models, with the orchestration around them
  • After-call analysis on every conversation, with the outcome status and action labels
  • VoIP, the virtual switchboard that carries the line
  • Reach, the outbound engine, in every voice package
  • DRING Voices, the voice library the campaign chooses from
  • Handover to your team with the conversation attached; live call transfer is included from Pro up
  • Voice anonymization at the switchboard, before audio leaves the line
  • Tenant isolation, prompt injection defense and telephony-layer spam blocking, the same security standards on every package
  • Agentic actions, so a conversation can finish the work it started
  • Automatic testing and monitoring, before launch and while the agent is live
  • Redundant failover, so a failing component does not take the line with it
  • Reporting and analysis for the people who run the operation
  • Logs and call transcripts, kept under the rules agreed for your workflow
  • The DRING API, with call start, call state, result query and webhooks
  • Unused balance carries over for up to 2 months

Static IVR Reach campaigns carry the switchboard, the voice library, abuse protection, failover, reporting, logs and carry-over as standard too.

Billing

How the meter actually runs

Your package includes a monthly amount of conversation time. Five rules decide what the invoice says, and none of them changes after you launch.

  1. Counted by the second

Usage is measured in seconds, not rounded-up minutes. An answered call shorter than 15 seconds counts as 15 seconds.

  2. Callbacks are answered too

When someone rings back the number your campaign called from, the AI answers that call as well.

  3. No penalty for going over

Usage above the package is billed at that package's own unit rate. Moving up the ladder lowers the unit rate.

  4. Carrier charges stay with your carrier

Telephone operator and SMS charges are paid to the operator you have the agreement with, not to DRING.

  5. Unused balance carries over

What you have paid for and not used carries over for up to 2 months.

An annual commitment takes 10% off the price, and paying the year upfront takes 20% off. If the term is ended early, that reduction is recovered.

Getting live

No setup fee. Live in a week.

Building the agent is part of the package, and so are the changes you ask for during the build.

No setup fee

Building your agents is not billed separately. Two things are: Connect CRM, with a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee, and any custom integration, quoted before work starts.

4 free revisions per agent type

Each agent type gets 4 free revisions during the build. Requests sent together count as one revision.

What counts as a revision

A written change request sent to the operations team once the build has started. Integrations outside the product are separate work.

After launch

Standard support, or enterprise

Starter, Pro and Business get Standard support, through tickets. Scale and Enterprise get Enterprise support: every day of the week, with a named manager you contact directly.

Service levels by risk

  • High riskThe whole system stops. Response and resolution windows are the shortest in your agreement.
  • Medium riskCertain functions behave incorrectly while the rest of the operation keeps running.
  • Low riskCosmetic problems that do not change what a caller experiences on the line.

Every level carries a defined response window and a defined resolution window. Both are written into your agreement.

FAQ

Questions before you choose

Are there hidden costs?+

No. The models, the decisions the agent makes, after-call analysis, testing and every update are inside the package. Three things sit outside it, and each is named before you sign: Connect CRM, with a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee; a custom integration, quoted before work starts; and carrier and SMS charges, paid to your own carrier.

What happens if we use more than the package covers?+

Nothing punitive. Usage above the package is billed at that package's own unit rate. Moving up the ladder is worth it because the unit rate itself falls.

Which package should we start on?+

Start from the first workflow you want to improve, then its expected volume and your busiest hour. Starter fits a first workflow. Pro adds live transfer, voicemail drop and CRM to the same workflow. Business runs two workflows side by side, Scale three with enterprise support, and Enterprise four at the highest volume. We recommend the smallest package that carries the real workload without hiding something you will need.

Can we start with one agent and add more later?+

Yes. A small, measurable first launch is usually the fastest route to a larger one, and the next package is chosen from production evidence rather than a forecast.

Do partners buy the same way?+

Partners start from the same packages, with the commercial terms of their partner model. See the partner program.
