What each product does, and when you need it

DRING covers four jobs: building the agent, running the conversation, acting on what was said, and measuring the results. Most teams start with one.

01 · Build and improve

How you get your first agent.

Every deployment starts as one workflow with one KPI. DRING builds that agent for you, or adapts a tested one to your policies.

Building and improving agents · Agent Factory

When your workflow needs its own agent, built from your process and tested before it takes a real call.

  • Workflow, KPI, brand language and handover rules turned into a working agent
  • 1,000 to 10,000 simulated conversations, built for your company, before the first real call
  • Live calls become regression cases and the backlog for the next version

Tested starting agents · Ready-to-work AI staff

When a common job, like order status, booking or candidate screening, can start from an agent that is already tested.

  • Starting workflows for support, sales, booking, healthcare, finance, HR and surveys
  • Adapted to your tone, policies, approved tools and handover boundaries
  • Validated on its own language and phone path before it takes live traffic

02 · Run conversations

Where the conversation actually happens.

One agent brain, three ways to meet a customer: the line they call, the message they send, the call you place.

Voice and written agents · DRING Platform

When one agent should answer the phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email with the same memory of the customer.

  • Speech and reasoning models, voices, telephony and failover in one managed foundation
  • Language coverage validated per workflow, accent, vocabulary and channel
  • The same guardrails and handover rules on every channel
See the platform

Written conversations · Chat engine

When customers write to you instead of calling, and the reply should come from an agent, not a queue.

  • Reads a message with the memory a phone call left behind
  • Sends approved templates where a channel requires one, free text where it does not
  • Closes with the same structured outcome record as a call
See the chat engine

Shared inbox · Co-chat

When your team and your AI staff should answer customers together, from one inbox.

  • WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, web chat, email and SMS in one thread per customer
  • AI answers or drafts first, a teammate steps in with the full thread already there
  • Templates, campaigns, notes, tags, search and reminders around every conversation
Explore Co-chat

Outbound calling · Reach

When a whole list needs calling, inside the limits your team sets.

  • Calling windows, attempt caps and a retry rule for every result
  • Each contact attempted around the time they tend to answer
  • Full attempt history kept with the outcome of every contact
Explore Reach

Event messages with a call fallback · Notif

When an event in your system, like a failed delivery, should reach the customer and get an answer.

  • Sends an event-triggered message the moment your system fires it
  • Escalates to a voice call only if the message goes unread or unanswered
  • Writes back delivered, read, replied or called and confirmed
Explore Notif
Early access

Price negotiation · Negotiate

When a price objection should be answered inside your price policy. Negotiate is in early access: scoped with your team for one campaign before it goes live.

  • Opens at the price your policy sets, never a guess
  • Moves one allowed step at a time as objections are heard
  • Holds at the floor and hands over anything outside the policy
Explore Negotiate

Numbers and lines · Telephony

When the agent has to answer on your numbers, your switch or a SIP trunk.

  • Local and international numbers connected, toll-free where available, and porting
  • SIP trunks and carrier peering, or peering with the switch you already run
  • Line protection and failover behind every agent call
Explore telephony
Where to start. If customers call you, start with the platform on your line. If you call them, Reach. If they write, the chat engine answers on its own and Co-chat lets your team answer with it. If an event in your system should reach them first, Notif.
03 · Connect and act

A conversation is only useful if something happens next.

During the call, after the call, and inside the systems your team already has open.

CRM and system integration · Connect

When call context should come from your CRM and the outcome should go back into it.

  • HubSpot is the documented reference implementation for selection, execution and write-back
  • Salesforce, Freshdesk, Zendesk and your own systems follow the same commercial logic
  • Call-start, call-state and result-query services plus lifecycle and result webhooks
See the connection catalog

Work during the call · In-call actions

When the job should be done before the caller hangs up.

  • Approved context read, and the record updated during the conversation
  • Book, move or cancel an appointment in Google Calendar, or send a link by SMS or WhatsApp
  • Payment started through your provider, or a person on the line with the context attached
See in-call actions

Follow-up after the call · After-call workflows

When every outcome should trigger its next step, without anyone reading the call first.

  • Outcome, reason, sentiment and next step on record seconds after hang-up
  • The record fires the CRM update, callback, task, webhook or customer message it calls for
  • Additional analysis fields returned consistently through the API, CRM, dashboard and reports
See after-call workflows

Alerts to your team · After-call workflows

When a complaint, or a lead that just said yes, should reach the teammate who owns it within seconds.

  • Reads the outcome record as soon as the call closes
  • Pulls out what the caller said and sets a priority
  • Messages the account owner by SMS, email or WhatsApp
See team alerts
04 · See and decide

What the calls are telling you.

Operators need control, managers need evidence. Both read the same records, so their numbers match.

Call analytics · Insights

When managers need to see what the calls add up to, not one call at a time.

  • Outcomes in green, yellow and red, counted across every line and campaign
  • Dashboards for operations, marketing and sales built from the same records
  • Sector signals show what customers ask across a period, not only inside one call
See Insights

Call scoring and CSAT · Score

When every conversation should carry a score and the reason behind it.

  • Asks CSAT or NPS by voice or WhatsApp, with the reason in the customer's own words
  • Rates every other call automatically, with the reason behind the score
  • Every score and reason written back to the CRM record
See Score

Running your agents · Admin and partner panel

When your team or a partner runs the agents day to day.

  • Role-scoped access for operations, quality and partner teams
  • Agents, numbers, campaigns and workflows in one place
  • A tested release behind every change to how an agent talks or acts, with an audit trail

Shared task board · Co-Desk

When the work a call or chat leaves behind needs an owner until it is closed.

  • Status, owner, notes and next step on every item, for AI staff and people alike
  • Coming soon. Ask your account team about early access

How they fit

Follow one call all the way through.

The products are not modules you assemble. They are consecutive moments in one customer conversation.

  1. Reach

    The call starts

Reach dials inside the window you set, or your published line rings. Either way the context is already there.

  2. Platform

    The agent talks

An agent answers on the channel the customer chose, using one brain across phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email.

  3. In-call actions

    Work happens on the call

The agent updates the CRM, takes the booking, starts the approved payment, or hands over with the context attached.

  4. After-call workflows

    The follow-up starts

Seconds after hang-up the outcome is on record, and it triggers the next step: a task, a callback, or a message to the teammate who should act.

  5. Connect

    Your systems are updated

Connect writes the summary, outcome and agreed analysis fields to the system your team already works in.

  6. Score and Insights

    You see what happened

Score rates the call and gives the reason. Insights puts it on the dashboard and adds it to the signals showing what customers ask this month.

  7. Agent Factory

    The next release gets better

Calls that went badly become regression cases and a focused backlog for the next version.

Questions

Before you start.

Do we have to buy every product?+

No. Most teams start with one workflow on one line: Agent Factory builds it and Connect puts the outcome where the team already works. The rest is added as it earns its place. See how the packages are built.

What is the difference between in-call actions and after-call workflows?+

In-call actions happen while the caller is still on the line: a booking, a link, a payment or a handover. After-call workflows start once the call ends and act on its outcome: a CRM update, a task, a callback or a team alert.

What is the difference between the chat engine, Co-chat and Co-Desk?+

The chat engine is the AI that writes to customers. Co-chat is the shared inbox where your people and that AI answer together on one thread. Co-Desk, coming soon, is the shared board where the follow-up work from a call or a chat is tracked to a close.

Which CRM and helpdesk systems can you connect?+

HubSpot is the documented reference implementation for CRM selection, call execution and result write-back. Mainstream systems such as Salesforce and Freshdesk follow the same commercial logic, with exact objects, permissions, custom fields and actions confirmed during onboarding. A niche or heavily customized CRM is assessed separately.

Which languages can an agent work in?+

62 languages available, 10 live today; yours is validated before launch. The check covers your workflow, accent, vocabulary and channel, and it is agreed with you before the agent takes real calls.

Can we hear an agent before we commit?+

Yes. Public voice samples walk through practical DRING workflows. For your own case, send a consented workflow and DRING calls you in two minutes, says it is an AI and qualifies the need before the team follows up.
