Choose how much you own

Four partner models share one axis: how much brand, relationship and delivery you take on. DRING owns the platform throughout.

Send your customer base, sectors and delivery model through the partner form, or write to [email protected]. We place you on the right model and plan a first customer together. Prefer numbers first? Review the operations benchmark.

The four models

One axis: who owns what

Every model sits on the same line, from DRING owning the brand and delivery to the partner owning both. DRING owns the platform under every model.

The same in every model: the DRING platform, its infrastructure SLA, Reach, End Call Analysis and all six security standards below. What changes is who sells, who owns the brand and who runs the agent.
Lightest

Strategic Introducer

Who it's for: people and businesses with the right introduction, not the appetite to sell or deliver.

You own: the introduction and the relationship with DRING.

DRING owns: sales, delivery and the customer relationship, under the DRING brand and contract.

You earn: commission, once the deal is signed.

Main track

GTM Partner

Who it's for: agencies, BPOs, system integrators and CX consultancies with a customer base and a sales motion already in place.

You own: go-to-market and the customer relationship: sales, target marketing, the contract and renewals, first-line onboarding, agent discovery, customer success and account management.

DRING owns: the platform, agent development, testing and monitoring, under the DRING brand and contract. DRING keeps final approval on price exceptions.

You earn: commission, on top of the DRING subscription.

Established distribution

Managed White-Label

Who it's for: partners with a real customer portfolio and recurring commercial relationships, ready to run the business under their own name.

You own: the customer business under your own brand: contract, price list, invoicing, collections, discovery, first-line support and customer success, with a soft "powered by DRING" inside the platform.

DRING owns: the technical layer: agent development, testing, revisions, monitoring, second-line support and custom integrations.

You earn: wholesale, plus a management fee, under a separate wholesale agreement.

White-Label Operator

Who it's for: partners ready to run agent development and operations themselves, end to end, under their own brand.

You own: the full stack under your brand: agent development and operations, and the end-customer service commitment.

DRING owns: the platform, infrastructure service levels and wholesale volume. DRING stays invisible except where legally required.

You earn: wholesale, with no commission.

How you get paid

Commission, or wholesale

The four models split into two payment mechanics. Numbers are agreed on the scoping call; the mechanics are fixed.

Strategic Introducer · GTM Partner

Commission models

DRING invoices and collects from the end customer. You invoice DRING for the commission you have earned, calculated on the revenue DRING actually collects.

Managed White-Label · White-Label Operator

Wholesale models

You contract with, invoice and collect from your end customer directly, at the price you set. DRING invoices you under the wholesale agreement.

Responsibility

Who does what, model by model

The same three responsibilities move from DRING to the partner as you go further along the axis.

How the program stays fair

Opportunity registration

Get written DRING confirmation before you approach an account. Once registered, it stays protected from other partners and from DRING's own pipeline.

Exclusivity is earned, not granted

No exclusivity by default. Limited, performance-based exclusivity for a defined country or segment is granted only in writing.

Brand

Strategic Introducer and GTM Partner run under the DRING brand and contract. Managed White-Label runs under your brand, with a soft "powered by DRING" inside the platform. White-Label Operator runs under your brand only, with DRING invisible except where legally required.

Getting started

Four steps, whichever model you choose

  1. Choose your model

Match how much of the brand, relationship and delivery you want to own against the four models.

  2. Sign the agreement

A partner agreement for a commission model, or a wholesale and white-label agreement for a white-label model.

  3. Register opportunities

Get written DRING confirmation before approaching an account, so it stays protected from other partners and DRING's own pipeline.

  4. Go live

DRING develops, tests and monitors the agent in the first three models. White-label operators build and run it themselves.

Platform standard

What stays constant

The commercial model changes what a partner owns. It never changes the platform or the security a customer gets.

  • DRING's own voice orchestration infrastructure
  • Reach for outbound reachability
  • The DRING Test Suite, before an agent takes a real call
  • End Call Analysis on every conversation
  • Prompt injection defense and telephony-layer spam blocking
  • Redundant failover
  • The DRING API
Security and continuity

Six standards, standard in every model

  • Service continuityFailover is tested, on every deployment a partner sells.
  • Voice privacyMasked at source, whichever brand the caller hears.
  • Prompt defenseInjection tested regularly, in every model and every end customer.
  • Data protectionEncrypted at rest, with access logged and answerable.
  • Operator controlOne tested step stops all automation, regardless of who runs the panel.
  • Processing locationWhere data is processed is set for each deployment and documented.

FAQ

Partner questions

How are commissions calculated?+

On the revenue DRING actually collects, not on the value of the deal.

Can two partners chase the same account?+

Not once it is registered. Get written DRING confirmation before you approach an account, and it stays protected from overlap with other partners and DRING's own pipeline.

Do we get exclusivity?+

Not by default. See how exclusivity is earned.

Can we use DRING's references in our marketing?+

With DRING's approval. Any marketing use of DRING references or case studies is signed off first.

What happens if the partnership ends?+

Commissions you have already earned continue for a period, and if you run a white-label model, your end customers remain yours.
