Introduce a customer, DRING handles the rest

The lightest model in the program. You introduce a customer who could use a voice AI agent, and DRING runs sales, delivery and the relationship end to end, under the DRING brand and contract. You earn commission for every deal that closes, with no technical work on your side.

Who this is for

Built for people with the right introductions

If you know businesses that could use a voice AI agent but you are not set up to sell or deliver it yourself, this is the model.

Advisors and consultants

People whose clients ask for operations or CX advice, and who can point one of them at DRING without taking on delivery.

Well-connected individuals

People with a strong network in a sector DRING serves, who want to earn from an introduction without becoming a reseller.

Adjacent vendors

Businesses whose customers need a voice AI agent, but whose own product is not the right fit for a GTM Partner or technology model.

Process

How the introducer model starts

  1. Apply

Tell us who you know and why they would be a good fit for a DRING agent.

  2. Scoping call

We confirm the commission and how the introduction should be made.

  3. Pilot

You make the introduction, DRING runs discovery and delivers a pilot with that customer.

  4. Enablement

Nothing to set up on your side. DRING keeps you updated on the deal's progress.

  5. Scale

Introduce more customers whenever you have one, on your own timeline.

What you get

Commission, no delivery work

The introducer model is designed to ask nothing of you beyond the introduction itself.

Commission

Commission agreed per deal once the customer signs, paid on the terms set during the scoping call.

No technical work

DRING runs discovery, delivery, testing and support. You make the introduction and stay informed on progress.

A customer sold on references

DRING's own production references and testing pipeline carry the sales conversation from there.

What we expect

What makes an introduction work

A real introduction

A warm introduction to someone who can make the decision, not a cold list of names.

A genuine fit

A business with a phone-based process a voice AI agent could reasonably take on, so the pilot has a real chance to land.

Staying reachable

Being available if DRING needs to confirm details of the introduction while the deal is in progress.

Timeline

From introduction to close

An introduction is a single handover. Everything after the introduction is DRING's work, and you are kept informed along the way.

  1. Introduction: you connect DRING with the customer.
  2. Discovery: DRING scopes the agent with the customer directly.
  3. Pilot: DRING delivers and tests the first agent.
  4. Close: the deal signs and your commission is paid.

FAQ

Introducer questions

Who owns the customer relationship?+

DRING does. You make the introduction, and DRING runs discovery, delivery and the ongoing relationship from there.

How is commission calculated?+

Commission is agreed per deal. Exact terms are discussed on the scoping call, before you make the introduction.

Do I need to do any technical work?+

No. Strategic Introducers make the introduction. DRING handles discovery, delivery, testing and support end to end.

Can we move to the GTM Partner model later?+

Yes. Some Strategic Introducers move to the GTM Partner model once they want to lead customer relationships directly. Talk to us on a scoping call about switching models.
