Your reps call ready buyers, not voicemail

DRING calls new inquiries, works through your CRM lists and dormant leads, and hands ready buyers to a rep with the notes in the CRM.

After you submit the form, DRING calls in two minutes, identifies itself and qualifies the workflow.

A rep's week

Hours on dialing, minutes on selling

The pipeline stalls when reps spend their best hours finding out who is not ready to talk.

  1. All week

    The list nobody finishes

Monday's list lands in the CRM at nine. By Friday the reps have called the top of it, and the rest waits for next week.

  2. Thursday

    The inquiry that went cold

An inquiry arrives on Monday and the first call goes out on Thursday. By then the buyer has spoken to a competitor.

  3. 4:00 PM

    An afternoon of voicemail

A rep works down the list and reaches voicemail after voicemail. The hours are gone and the pipeline has not moved.

Retries

The first call is only the start

A new inquiry gets its first call as it arrives. After that, calling windows, attempt caps and a best-time analysis decide when each retry goes out.

100people on the list
30 to 50reached on the first attempt
~85reached at most, once the retries run
15thattempt, when one logistics lead finally qualified

Average figures; they vary by sector, country and list quality. The fifteenth-attempt lead comes from one logistics campaign.

The handover

From a CRM list to a rep's next call

DRING takes the first conversation with everyone on the list. Your reps take the ones worth having.

HOW IT WORKS From the CRM list to an open deal CRM list Leads picked Deniz Calls out Qualified Interest, timing, buyer Handover Rep gets the brief Pipeline Deal open
  1. The record, read first

DRING reads each CRM record before it dials, so the call starts from what you already know about the account.

  2. Deniz makes the call

Your AI staff member introduces itself, states the offer in your team's words and answers the usual first questions.

  3. Qualified on the call

Interest, timing and who decides are asked and written down during the call.

  4. Notes land in the CRM

Outcome, reason, objection and next step are written to the record when the call ends.

  5. Ready buyers go to a rep

A ready buyer reaches a rep with the notes attached. The rest return to the calling window, and a do-not-call answer ends the attempts.

Before a buyer hears it, your offer runs through 1,000 to 10,000 simulated conversations built for your company

Distribution case

A dealer network, called in one session

Case study, one customer

B2B technology distributor

The situation

A technology distributor had one offer for its whole dealer network. Dialing by hand would have taken a rep most of a working day, and with relationships built over years, tone mattered as much as reach.

What DRING did

An outbound agent called the dealer list in a single session and introduced the offer. It answered the questions dealers actually ask about price and timing, then asked whether a rep should follow up with a quote.

What changed

92% of dealers were reached and 17.3% came out as hot leads, each passed to sales with the reason attached. The agent also logged interest in products outside the campaign.

What your reps will want to know

Will the AI negotiate or promise a price?+

No. It states the offer in the words your team approved and records what the buyer says about price. Negotiating stays with the rep who calls back.

What does my rep see when the lead is handed over?+

The lead opens with the conversation attached: what the buyer said they need, the timing they gave, the objection they raised, the next action and the transcript. The rep starts from that rather than from a name and a number.

Can it work our dormant leads, not just new ones?+

Yes. The agent checks whether the need is still there, updates the record either way and passes live interest to a rep. Records that turn out to be closed stop taking up the reps' time.

How are retries kept respectful?+

Each result carries its own rule, so a voicemail is retried differently from a refusal, and calling pauses outside the hours and dates the campaign sets. There is a cap on attempts per number, and a do-not-call answer or a withdrawn consent removes the contact from every future attempt.

How does it write into HubSpot or our own CRM?+

HubSpot is the documented reference implementation: the agent reads the record before it calls and writes the outcome, reason and next action back when the call ends. Salesforce, Zoho, Bitrix24 and a custom CRM follow the same logic, with the exact objects, fields and permissions confirmed during onboarding.
